Job Profile: Customer Support Executive

Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh

Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates

Salary: Up to 21,000 CTC per month

Working Days: 6 days a week

Shift: Rotational Shifts for males and day rotational for females

Weekly Off: 1 rotational day off

Eligibility Criteria

• Any UG graduate can apply.
• Freshers are welcome; relevant experience will be an added advantage.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Customer-oriented attitude with good problem-solving skills.
• Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational shifts.
• Candidates must be willing to work 6 days a week.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through calls, email, or chat as required.
• Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customers.
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner.
• Maintain a professional and courteous approach while interacting with customers
