1. Customer support executive

Salary up to 20k CTC with 2-3k Quarterly Bonus

2. Relationship Executive (Sales)

Salary up to 26k CTC with Unlimited Incentives

Eligibility

Any Graduate can apply.

2 yrs of Sales Experience on paper can apply.

Good communication skills in English.

Shift:

• Rotational Shifts (24x7)
• Day shift for Females
• Work Schedule:6 days working per week
• Rotational week off

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally.
• Resolve customer queries via voice, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate information and timely issue resolution.
• Maintain quality standards and achieve productivity targets.
• Record customer interactions accurately in the system.
• Follow company policies and process guidelines
