About this role
Company: Narayana Health
Location: Novel tech park, Bengaluru
Shift : Rotational Shift 8 AM, 9 AM, 10 AM, 11 AM
Week Off : Rotational Week off.
Working Days: 6 Days
CTC: 3 to 3.5 LPA + performance based incentives
We are looking for immediate joiners only.
Languages : English, Kannada(Mandatory) or
English, Bengali
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. MakingOutboundCalls and takethe feedback of the customers about our services.
2. Understanding the Interested and Non- Interested Customers.
3. Generate high quality leads as defined by the sales protocols.
4. Attending incoming calls and understanding clients concerns with complete patience and enthusiasm.
5. Maintaining an accurate record of all calls made and received.
6. Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects.
7. Responsible for adhering to information security guidelines.
Requirements and skills
1. Graduation or Equivalent.
2. Priorly experience Working as a Tele Sales Executive or in a Similar role
