1. Sales Executive

Salary:

• CTC: 19,000 25,000 per month
• In-Hand: 15,000 21,000 per month
• Performance-based incentives may be applicable.

Eligibility:

• Graduation is mandatory
• Minimum 6 months of experience in Sales
• Candidates with experience in Telesales, Inside Sales, Business Development, or Relationship Management can apply.
• Strong communication and convincing skills are required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls and understand their requirements.
• Explain products/services and generate sales.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Follow up with prospective and existing customers.

Required Skills:

• Fluent English communication is mandatory
• Excellent convincing and negotiation skills.
• Good customer handling abilities.

2. Customer Service Executive

Salary:

• CTC: 16,000 19,000 per month
• In-Hand: 13,000 15,000 per month

Eligibility:

• Undergraduate / Graduate candidates can apply.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Good communication skills are mandatory.
• Candidates must be fluent in English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries through calls and other support channels.
• Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain a professional and positive interaction with customers.
• Resolve customer issues within the defined timelines.

Required Skills:

• Excellent English communication skills
• Good listening and customer-handling skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Good problem-solving skills.
