Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients through phone, email, or chat support.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
Job Requirements :
- 0-1 year of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
