About the Role

Teleperformance is hiring Customer Service Representatives for its Chat Process at Malad, Mumbai. The role involves assisting customers through chat and providing fast, accurate, and professional support.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and concerns through chat.
• Provide product/service information and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain required CSAT and KPI targets.
• Accurately update CRM systems and customer interactions.
• Follow process guidelines and data-privacy standards.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Qualification: Graduate – Mandatory
• Experience: Customer Service/BPO experience – Mandatory
• Banking/Financial Process experience: Added advantage
• Excellent written English communication and typing speed.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
• Comfortable working in 24/7 rotational shifts.
• UAN Check: Mandatory.
