Customer Service Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage orders from receipt to cash application, ensuring timely processing and accurate billing.
• Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., sales, logistics) to resolve any issues related to orders or invoices.
• Analyze order data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in the Order-to-Cash process.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving complaints.

Job Requirements :

• 2-5 years of experience in an Order-to-Cash role within IT services & consulting industry.
• Strong understanding of SAP systems and ability to work with various software applications.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
