Job Details

Position: Customer Service Executive

Work Mode: Work From Home

Employment Type: Permanent / Contractual

Working Days: 6 days per week

Weekly Off: 1 day rotational

Shift: Rotational shifts

Salary: Upto 13k ctc to 18 k ctc

Bonus: 2,000 quarterly performance bonus

Experience: Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply

Education: UG / Graduate candidates can apply

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through calls, chats, or other assigned channels.
• Provide accurate and professional information to customers.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently and politely.
• Maintain excellent customer service standards.
• Follow company processes, policies, and quality guidelines.
• Meet assigned performance and productivity targets.

Eligibility Criteria

• Good English communication skills are mandatory.
• UG / Graduate candidates are eligible.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Candidates must be comfortable working in rotational shifts.
• Candidates should have a suitable and quiet work-from-home environment.

Mandatory Work-From-Home Requirements

• Intel Core i5 / i7 or AMD Ryzen 5 / Ryzen 7 laptop or desktop
• Stable and reliable Wi-Fi / internet connection
• Good-quality headset
• Power backup to ensure uninterrupted work during power cuts
• Note: Candidates without the required system specifications, stable internet connection, headset, and power backup may not be eligible.
