Profile : Customer Service Executive

Salary : 15k to 31k ctc

6 days working

Rotational shifts

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, chat, and other communication channels.
• Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information about products/services.
• Resolve customer complaints, issues, and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.
• Process customer requests, orders, returns, refunds, or service-related queries as required.

Preferred Candidate Profile :

Any UG/Graduate/Fresher/Experienced can apply.

Execellent English communication is required.
