WORK SCHEDULE

• 6 Days Working
• Rotational Shifts
• Rotational Week Off

ELIGIBILITY:-

• Graduates and Undergraduates can apply
• Freshers and Experienced candidates are welcome
• Good communication skills in English & Hindi are mandatory
• Experience in Customer Support, BPO, Voice, Chat or Email Support will be an advantage.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle customer queries through Voice, Chat and Email
• Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions
• Maintain professional and customer-friendly communication
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Update customer interaction details accurately in the system
• Follow company policies, processes and quality standards

WFH SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

Candidates must have access to:

• Laptop/Desktop
• Intel i5/i7 Processor or AMD Ryzen 5/Ryzen 7
• Minimum 8 GB RAM
• Windows 10 or above
• Stable broadband/Wi-Fi with minimum 50 Mbps speed
• Power backup facility for uninterrupted working
