Customer Service Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions via phone calls in Hindi language.
• Provide excellent customer support by listening actively, empathizing with customers' concerns, and offering timely resolutions.
• Process domestic voice processes efficiently while maintaining accuracy and quality standards.
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.

Job Requirements :

• 1-3 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment handling international/domestic voice process.
• Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken) for effective interaction with customers.
• Proficiency in Hindi language for clear communication with Indian clients.
