Customer Service Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer support via phone calls.
• Process international voice processes for various clients across different time zones.
• Provide accurate information to customers regarding products/services offered by the company.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and adhere to quality standards while handling customer interactions.

Job Requirements :

• 0-4 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment or related field.
• Excellent communication skills in English language (written & spoken).
• Ability to work on international voice processes with ease.
