Position

Customer Service Executive

Salary

• Noida & Gurugram: 16,000 - 30,000 in-hand per month
• Lucknow: 15,000 - 15,500 in-hand per month
• Salary will depend on candidate profile, communication skills and experience.

Eligibility

• Undergraduate / Graduate candidates can apply
• Freshers are welcome
• Experienced candidates can also apply
• Good communication and customer-handling skills required
• Basic computer knowledge preferred

Working Details

• 6 Days Working
• Rotational Shifts
• Rotational Week Off

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through calls/chat/support channels
• Provide accurate information and effective solutions
• Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach
• Resolve customer concerns within the defined timelines
• Meet assigned performance and quality targets
