CTC: 17,000 20,000 per month { Hike based on last drawn CTC }
Eligibility: Any UG / Graduate
Experience: Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via calls.
• Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain excellent customer service standards.
• Follow BPO processes, SOPs, and quality guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams when required.

Candidate Requirements

• Any UG or Graduate can apply.
• Freshers are welcome!
• BPO/customer service experience will be an advantage.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Candidates should be comfortable working in a BPO environment.
