Process: Customer Service + Banking Process
Eligibility: Graduate | Freshers & Experienced Candidates
Shift: Rotational Shifts
Working Days: 6 Days Working | 1 Rotational Off

Salary

• Freshers: 19,000 CTC per month + Incentives
• Experienced: 21,000 CTC per month + Incentives
• Performance-based incentives available

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries related to banking products and services.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns.
• Follow banking process guidelines and company policies.
• Maintain excellent customer service standards.
• Achieve assigned quality and performance targets.
• Ensure proper documentation and data handling.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline ( except B. tech )
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Relevant customer service/banking experience will be an advantage.
• Good communication skills.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
• Candidates should be comfortable with 6-day working.
