We are hiring for Customer Service Executive in Lucknow location!

Profile : Customer Service Executive

Salary : 18k ctc - 15k in hand : For Fresher (Day shifts for girls)

23k in hand - Graduation + 6 months of experience in CSE

(Rotational shifts)

6 days working

Roles and Resposibilities :

• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints through phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, pricing, and processes.
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions in a timely and professional manner.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved satisfactorily.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, feedback, and resolutions.

Preferred Candidate Profile :

• Any UG/Grad/Fresher/Experienced can apply.
• Excellent communication in English is required.
