10,000 - 11,000/- In-Hand

13,000 - 14,000/- CTC

Eligibility

• 12th pass/ Graduate / Undergraduate candidates can apply
• Freshers & Experienced candidates are welcome
• Excellent English & Hindi communication skills are mandatory
• Good customer handling and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer knowledge required
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

6 Days Working

Rotational Shifts

Rotational Week Off

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through calls and provide appropriate solutions
• Understand customer concerns and resolve issues professionally
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• Follow company processes and guidelines
• Maintain accurate customer information and interaction records
• Meet assigned quality and performance targets

Mandatory System Requirements

Candidates must have their own system and a stable internet connection:

Laptop: Intel/ i5, 7th Gen & Above

Operating System:Windows 10 & Above

RAM: Minimum 8 GB

Broadband:30+ Mbps speed

USB Headset: Mandatory
