We are hiring Customer Service Executives for a reputed multinational BPO. If you have good communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and are comfortable working in rotational shifts, this opportunity is for you!

Salary & Benefits

• In-Hand Salary: 12,500 15,500 per month
• CTC: 15,000 – 20,000 per month
• Quarterly Bonus: Up to 2,000
• Salary is strictly non - negotiable.

• Working Details
• Working Days: 6 days a week
• Weekly Off: 1 rotational week-off
• Shift: Rotational shifts
• Shift Duration: Any 9-hour shift in a day
• Work Mode: 100% Work From Home

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through calls, chats, or emails professionally.
• Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer concerns.
• Resolve customer complaints while maintaining a positive and helpful approach.
• Follow company policies, processes, and quality standards.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions and transactions..

Mandatory WFH Requirements

Candidates must have their own setup meeting the following requirements:

• Laptop/Computer: Intel Core i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 or above
• Internet: Stable and reliable Wi-Fi connection
• Power Backup: Required to ensure uninterrupted work
• Headset: Good-quality headset with microphone
