Hiring Alert Customer Service Executive (Blended Process)

Permanent Work From Home

We are hiring Customer Service Executives (Blended Process Voice + Chat/Email) for a Permanent Work From Home opportunity.

Salary & Benefits :

• CTC: 14,000 16,000 or 18,000 20,000 (depending on the hiring category/process)
• Quarterly Performance Bonus: Up to 2,000
• Salary is strictly non-negotiable.

Job Details :

• Work Mode: Permanent Work From Home
• Working Days: 6 Days a Week
• Shift: 247 Rotational Shifts
• Login Hours: 9 hours (including 1-hour lunch break)
• Weekly Off: 1 Rotational Off

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Handle customer queries through voice, chat, and email channels.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and professional customer support.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
• Record customer interactions accurately in the system.
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant team when required.
• Maintain quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.

• Preferred Candidate Profile :
• Undergraduates, Graduates, Freshers, and Experienced candidates are all welcome to apply.
• English + Hindi communication skills are mandatory.

• Mandatory Work From Home Requirements :

Candidates must have:

• Laptop with Intel Core i3 or i5 processor
• Stable Wi-Fi/Broadband Internet Connection
• Power Backup (UPS/Inverter) to ensure uninterrupted work
• Headset with Microphone for customer interactions
