Process: UK Banking - Live Chat

Experience: Min 6 months

Qualification: Graduate

Shift: Rotational Shift (Including night shift)

Working: 5 days

Weekoffs: 2 rotational off

Location: Malad

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle multiple live chats with UK customers.
• Assist customers with general banking and account related queries.
• Provide accurate information about banking products and service.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently through guidelines.

Required Skills:

• Excellent written English communication.
• Strong customer handling and problem solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple live chats simultaneously.
• Good typing speed with high accuracy.

Eligibility:

• Graduate with minimum 6 Months of experience.
• Candidate with experience in international BPO, Banking, Chat support or customer service will be preferred.
• Willingness to work rotational shift and rotational weekly offs.
