Designation: Customer Service Executive
Mandatory Languages: English & Punjabi
Employment Type: Full-Time
Work Model: In-Office / Work From Office
Job Location: Mohali, SAS Nagar, Punjab
Candidate Location: Any Location
Shift Timing: Night Shift (8:30 PM – 5:30 AM IST)
Working Days: Monday to Friday + 2nd and 4th Saturday
Weekly Off: Sunday + 1st, 3rd and 5th Saturday
Roles & Responsibilities:
We are looking for Customer Service Executives with excellent communication and customer-handling skills. The candidate will interact with customers, understand their requirements, resolve queries, maintain relationships, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
▪️Handle customer queries through calls and other communication channels.▪️Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information and assistance.▪️Maintain accurate customer and interaction records in CRM systems.▪️Meet assigned sales, service, and KPI targets.▪️Coordinate with internal teams when required to resolve customer issues.
Required skills:
▪️Excellent Punjabi & English communication▪️Customer handling and relationship-management skills▪️Good listening, empathy and patience▪️Strong follow-up and coordination skills▪️Problem-solving ability▪️Basic computer/CRM knowledge▪️Professional attitude and target/KPI orientation▪️Experience in customer service, telecalling, relationship management, hospitality, B2C or matchmaking will be preferred. Freshers with strong communication skills can also be considered.
