Process: Customer Service – Voice Process
Location: Kolshet Road, Balkum, Thane

Eligibility:

• HSC / Graduates can apply
• Experience is mandatory
• Candidates with any sales experience can apply
• Hindi communication with average English

Salary: 15,000 – 19,000 In-Hand + Incentives

Week Off: Sunday

Interview: 2 Rounds

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions.
• Support sales activities and outbound telesales processes.
• Assist customers with mutual fund-related queries and transactions.
• Build strong customer relationships through effective communication.
• Promote relevant banking and financial products.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 0–5 years of relevant experience in banking, finance, sales, or customer service.
• Good customer handling and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of banking/financial products and mutual fund sales.
• Ability to manage multiple customer queries efficiently.
