Customer Service Executive/Manager - Mumbai (Partner)

Role & responsibilities

• Handle front-office operations for an assigned set of clients:be their first point of contact over phone, WhatsApp, email and in person, answer their queries, and schedule meetings and reviews with the advisor.
• Handle back-office operations for the same set of clients:process mutual fund and SIF transactions (investments, redemptions, SIPs, switches), KYC and nominee or bank updates, and insurance policy servicing such as renewals and documentation.
• Keep client records accurate and confidential, track every request until it's closed, and coordinate with fund houses, registrars and insurers when needed.

Preferred candidate profile

Who we're looking for

Someone who has worked in any client-facing role. Candidates from operations roles or executive secretary roles are also welcome, as long as they communicate clearly.

• Clear, polite communication with clients, especially when following up for documents or giving an update they weren't expecting
• Attention to detail in paperwork and records, since you handle both the client conversation and the back-office work
• Ownership of every request until the client confirms it is closed
• Comfort learning new online tools and platforms quickly
