Process: International Money Transfer – Blended (Chat + Voice)
Salary & Work Schedule
Up to 40,000 In-Hand
24/7 Rotational Shifts
5 Days Working
2 Rotational Week-Offs

Role & Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Executive, you will assist international customers with their money transfer and transaction-related queries through Chat and Voice support.
Handle customer queries through Chat & Voice
Assist with international money transfers and transaction-related concerns
Understand customer issues and provide accurate resolutions
Verify customer and transaction details as per process guidelines
Maintain professional and empathetic communication
Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality
Follow company policies and process guidelines
Eligibility
Qualification: HSC / Graduate
Experience:Minimum 1 year International BPO experience
English: C1 Level / Excellent communication skills
SVAR: 70+ mandatory
Age: Up to 48 years
