ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for:
• Handling customer queries and concerns through professional email communication
• Understanding customer issues and providing accurate resolutions within the defined TAT
• Managing back-office activities and updating customer records
• Verifying customer information and maintaining data accuracy
• Coordinating with internal teams for timely issue resolution
• Maintaining proper case documentation and records
• Following process guidelines, quality standards, and company policies
• Ensuring error-free and high-quality work

1+ Year International Email / Back-Office Experience
