Job Summary:
We are hiring experienced Voice Inbound Executives for a leading BFSI process. The role involves handling inbound customer calls, addressing banking-related queries, and delivering high-quality customer service while complying with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls related to banking and financial services
• Resolve customer queries efficiently and accurately
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality
• Adhere to process guidelines, compliance requirements, and call quality standards
• Document customer interactions and update systems accurately

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 12 months of experience in Customer Service within Banking/BPO/BFSI
• Graduation is mandatory
• Versant Level 5 communication skills required
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in rotational shifts

Salary:

• Up to 32,000 CTC

Shift Details:

• Rotational shifts
