We are hiring advisors for UK based Telecom service provider for a blended process ( 5 Months Contract)
Domain: Telecommunication
Shifts: UK rotational shifts and 2 rotational offs
Criteria: Undergraduate with 6 months international BPO experience or Graduate fresher with excellent communication skills in English.
Salary: Up to 5 LPA (Basis last drawn)
Mode: WFO
Type-Blended
Location-Vikhroli, Mumbai
Roles & Responsibilities - Resolve customer queries related to network, data & billing over calls, email and chat.
