Key Responsibilities

• Handle site visits and customer service activities
• Coordinate with contractors, dealers, and customers
• Support site sales and product promotion
• Identify and resolve technical/site-related issues
• Provide timely solutions to customer and contractor queries
• Maintain good relationships with customers and contractors

Candidate Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle customers and contractors professionally
• Must have a two-wheeler (bike) and a valid driving licence
• Willingness to travel to different project sites
