Customer Service Engineer

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Customer Sales Engineer (CSE) to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for customer handling, market development, sales generation, and achieving assigned targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit customers, dealers, contractors and other channel partners in the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Generate new business opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Promote company products and provide product-related information to customers.
• Conduct regular market visits and monitor competitor activities.
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues effectively.
• Maintain daily market visit and sales reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order and delivery-related activities.
• Follow company policies, safety guidelines and standard work procedures.

Eligibility:

• B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering Mandatory.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong interest in sales and customer interaction.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
