Customer Service/Customer Support Internship in Bangalore (Hybrid)

As a customer service/customer support intern at Iron Lady, you will have the opportunity to showcase your English proficiency while providing top-notch customer support to our clients. Your role will involve interacting with clients, resolving their issues, and ensuring a seamless experience for all.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and chat to address their inquiries and concerns.
• Use MS Excel to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
• Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
• Assist in creating and updating customer support documentation and resources.
• Proactively seek feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement in our service.
• Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions to uphold the Iron Lady brand reputation.
