1. Customer Care Associate (CCA)

- Number of Openings: 10

- Location: Mumbai

- Qualification: Graduation is mandatory

- Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year of BPO experience is mandatory

- CTC: Up to 22,000 per month, based on selection

- Shift: Day Shift

- Interview Mode: Walk-in Interview

- Job Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.

- Assist customers with their concerns and service-related requests.

- Maintain professional communication and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Follow company policies and process guidelines.

2. Customer Care Executive (CCE) – Sales

- Location: Mumbai

- Qualification: Graduation is mandatory

- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience is mandatory

- CTC: Up to 26,000 per month, based on selection

- Shift: Day Shift

- Interview Mode: Walk-in Interview

- Job Responsibilities:

- Handle customer interactions and explain products or services.

- Generate leads and convert potential customers into sales.

- Achieve assigned sales targets.

- Maintain good customer relationships and provide excellent service.

Important Details

- Day shifts for both positions.

- Candidates must meet the respective qualification and experience criteria.
