    What would you do
  1. 3+ years of experience in US Retirement Services domain Defined Contributions - Managing participant level services
  2. 2+ years experience in Money Out
    processes such as Inservice withdrawal, Survivor benefit, Immediate Annuity, Deferred Annuity, Hardship withdrawal determination and payments, Rollover
    out, Lump Sum Distribution, Required Minimum Distributions, Complex Distributions, Loan payoff and child support
  3. Hands on with developing process
    documentation, COPIS, capturing exceptions, process flow, process maps and NIGO rules
  4. ASPPA Certified (Preferred)
    You would be part of Retirement services team, Experience in the US retirement industry specifically 401k , 403B, Moneyout, Lumpsum, Defined contribution, Client Service Management, Plan document, Plan Implementation
  5. Problem-solving skills

  18. Researching on any queries/ requests sent by the Business Partners/Client Support
    Teams and replying the same with minimum response time.
  19. Taking active participation in process improvements and automation.
  20. Ensure Quality Control
    standards that have been set are adhered to.
  21. Adherence to client SLAs
  22. Identify potential areas that require additional controls
  23. Excellent organizational skills
    with ability identify and prioritize high value transactions.
  24. Completing assigned responsibilities and projects within timelines apart from managing daily
    BAU.
  25. Creating and updating procedure documents while ensure that the standards are followed.

  26. In this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines
  27. Your expected interactions are within your own team and direct supervisor
  28. You will be provided detailed to moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments

  30. You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work
