    What would you do
  1. 3+ years of experience in US Retirement Services domain Defined Contributions - Managing participant level services
  2. 2+ years experience in Money Out
    processes such as Inservice withdrawal, Survivor benefit, Immediate Annuity, Deferred Annuity, Hardship withdrawal determination and payments, Rollover
    out, Lump Sum Distribution, Required Minimum Distributions, Complex Distributions, Loan payoff and child support
  3. Hands on with developing process
    documentation, COPIS, capturing exceptions, process flow, process maps and NIGO rules
  4. ASPPA Certified (Preferred).
    You would be part of Retirement services team, Experience in the US retirement industry specifically 401k , 403B, Moneyout, Lumpsum, Defined contribution, Client Service Management, Plan document, Plan Implementation
    Process of inputting, updating, or managing information in various digital formats. This includes tasks such as typing data into spreadsheets or databases, verifying accuracy, and ensuring that information is organized and accessible. Data entry services are often outsourced to specialized providers for efficiency and accuracy in handling large volumes of data.

  10. Experience in the US retirement industry mandatory.
  11. In this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines
  12. Your expected interactions are within your own team and direct supervisor
  13. You will be provided detailed to moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments
  14. The decisions that you make would impact your own work
  15. You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work
  16. Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts


    Roles and Responsibilities:
  18. Strict adherence to non-disclosure of client information by preserving client confidentiality.
  19. Complies with all client policies, procedures, and
    Federal/State/Local regulations and escalates issues to the management.
  20. Researching on any queries/ requests sent by the Business Partners/Client Support
    Teams and replying the same with minimum response time.
  21. Taking active participation in process improvements and automation.
  22. Ensure Quality Control
    standards that have been set are adhered to.
  23. Adherence to client SLAs
  24. Identify potential areas that require additional controls
  25. Excellent organizational skills
    with ability identify and prioritize high value transactions.
  26. Completing assigned responsibilities and projects within timelines apart from managing daily
    BAU.
  27. Creating and updating procedure documents while ensure that the standards are followed.
