Customer Service Associate

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions via phone calls.
• Process customer requests for products or services in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
• Meet daily/weekly targets set by the team leader.

Job Requirements :

• 0-2 years of experience in BPO, call center, telemarketing, telesales, or customer care industry.
• Strong communication skills in Hindi language (verbal fluency).
• Ability to work on night shifts (rotational) including weekends and holidays.
