Customer Service Associate WFH BPO

Job Description

We are hiring experienced Customer Service Associates for a Work From Home BPO process.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through calls, chats, and emails.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally.
• Handle customer service-related issues and provide appropriate resolutions.
• Maintain accurate customer interaction records and case updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely issue resolution.
• Meet defined quality and productivity targets.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 1 year of relevant BPO / Customer Service experience is mandatory.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Graduate / Undergraduate candidates can apply.
• Candidates with experience in BPO, Voice Process, Customer Support, Inbound Calling, or Contact Centre are preferred.
• Must have a laptop/desktop with minimum 8 GB RAM and Windows 10 or above.
• Stable Wi-Fi connection is mandatory.
• Comfortable working in 24/7 rotational shifts.
• Comfortable with 6 days working and 1 rotational week off.
• Must be comfortable working from home and being on camera during training/interview/working hours.
• Candidates should be comfortable using a personal phone for work-related calls with number masking.

Salary

18,800 CTC per month
