Job Details

• Eligibility: Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply
• Qualification: Graduate preferred
• Experience: Freshers / Experienced
• Shift: 5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Week Offs
• Operations: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM | Rotational Day Shift
• Training: 2–3 months in 247 rotational shifts
• Post Training: Permanent Day Shift
• Location: Sutherland

Salary & Benefits

• Freshers: 18,000 In-Hand
• Experienced: Up to 22,000–23,000 In-Hand
• Travel Allowance

Key Requirements

• Good verbal & written communication skills
• Customer-focused approach
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts
• Candidates with customer service/sales experience are preferred

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries over voice calls
• Assist customers with UK car dealership-related enquiries
• Provide appropriate solutions and information
• Identify sales opportunities and support business requirements
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
