In this role, you will be...
- Communicating with clients using clear, polite, and well-organized English
- Providing a high-level of client service to a variety of US-based insurance clients
- Proactively troubleshooting and resolving potential issues
- Promptly responding to client requests and quickly resolving problems as they arise
- Collaborating with our global team of insurance experts in China, India, and the United States
- Conducting assigned auditing
- Collecting and analyzing work production data
- Assisting in effectively training other team members
What You Need to be Successful...
- Secondary education, four-year duration (vocational, artistic, secondary school)
- Computer Literacy and Typing Skills
- English proficiency - reading, writing
- Microsoft Office Skills
