Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries through email and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information and effective resolutions to customer concerns.
• Maintain customer records and update case details in the CRM system.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
• Meet quality standards, productivity targets, and SLA requirements.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience with every interaction.

Requirements

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (Mandatory).
• Good typing speed and basic computer knowledge.
• Basic understanding of MS Office and willingness to learn CRM tools.
• Strong customer service attitude and problem-solving skills.
