• The role of a Customer Service Executive is to Coordinate with customs agents, shipping lines, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely movement of goods.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, including tracking and delivery information.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues in a timely manner.
• Provide excellent customer service by handling customer requests, concerns, and feedback professionally.
