We are looking for a customer-oriented and sales-driven Customer Sales Executive (CSE) to join our retail team at Go Colors. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in the retail industry, with good communication skills and a passion for customer service and sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers and understand their needs to provide suitable product recommendations.

- Assist customers with product selection, sizes, colours, and availability.

- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure proper store merchandising.

- Handle billing, customer queries, and feedback professionally.

- Maintain store cleanliness, stock levels, and inventory records.

- Build positive customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases.
