Customer Sales Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle international customer calls, resolve their queries and concerns in a timely manner.
• Identify upsell opportunities and cross-sell relevant products or services to increase revenue.
• Meet daily/weekly targets for outbound sales calls, achieving desired conversion rates.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

Job Requirements :

• 0.6-5 years of experience in BPO sales, international sales, or similar field.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
• Proficiency in English language (written & spoken) is essential.
• Experience in upselling/cross-selling techniques is desirable.
