Job Role: Customer Sales Executive Kotak Outbound Sales

Location: ETPL, Thane West

Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate as per process requirements

Job Responsibilities:-

• Make outbound calls to customers and promote relevant banking products/services.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product information.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and performance parameters.
• Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
• Maintain accurate customer information and call records.
• Ensure compliance with company and process guidelines.

Salary Details:-

• Freshers: 15,000 In-Hand
• Experienced: 20,800 In-Hand (No CTC structure)
• With PF: 18,000 In-Hand | 22,000 CTC

Eligibility Criteria:-

• Minimum 6 months of sales experience mandatory for experienced candidates.
• Basic to average English communication skills required.
• Immediate joiners only.
• Candidates currently pursuing studies are not eligible.
• Candidates must be available without long leaves for the next 6 months.

Shift & Working Days:-

• Shift: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Fixed)
• Week Off: 1 Rotational Off
