Salary

• Graduate Fresher: 16,000 In-Hand | 21,000 CTC
• Linguistic Fresher: 17,000 In-Hand | 22,000 CTC
• 0-1 Year Exp: 17,000 to 18,000 In-Hand | +5,000 CTC
• 1-2 Years Exp: 19,000 to 20,000 In-Hand | +5,000 CTC
• 2-3 Years Exp: 21,000 to 22,000 In-Hand | +5,000 CTC
• 3+ Years Exp: 23,000 In-Hand | 28,000 CTC

Job Responsibilities:

• Call potential customers regarding Home Loan requirements
• Generate and follow up on leads
• Understand customer requirements and eligibility
• Schedule customer appointments
• Coordinate with Sales Officers
• Convert prospects into customers
• Handle customer queries and objections
• Maintain regular follow-ups and update customer details in the system

Mandatory CIBIL Criteria:

• CIBIL Score: 690 or above
• No Overdues

Candidates must have:

• Previous Company Offer Letter
• Appraisal Letter (if applicable)
• Last 3 Months Salary Slips
• Last 6 Months Bank Statement
• Relieving Letter / Experience Letter

Candidates without the required employment documents cannot be onboarded.

Preferred Candidate:

Good communication skills, sales-oriented attitude, customer-handling skills and willingness to achieve targets.
