We are looking for energetic and target-oriented individuals to join as Upselling & Sales Executives.

The role involves interacting with customers, understanding their requirements, promoting relevant products/services, and driving sales through effective communication and upselling techniques.

Industry: BPO / Customer Service
Salary: Up to 24,000 CTC per month

Qualification: UG / Graduate All candidates can apply
Experience: Freshers & Experienced both welcome

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions through calls and provide excellent service.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
• Generate sales through upselling and cross-selling.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Build positive relationships with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales.
