Customer Retention Executive_Renewal

Key Responsibilities :

• Drive timely renewal premium collection to improve policy persistency
• Engage with customers through calls, reminders, and follow-ups for renewals
• Identify and address customer concerns to prevent policy lapsation
• Build strong customer relationships to enhance loyalty and retention
• Coordinate with internal teams for policy servicing and issue resolution
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines
• Support cross-sell/up-sell opportunities where applicable
