Customer Relationship Officer

Role & responsibilities

• Identify and source potential customers to achieve monthly business targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and generate quality leads.
• Assess customer business, repayment capacity, character, and creditworthiness.
• Handle customer queries and explain products, procedures, and benefits.
• Collect and verify documents and coordinate property inspection, valuation, and legal processes.
• Coordinate with customers and branch officials for sanction, documentation, and mortgage creation.
• Monitor the loan portfolio and take proactive steps to control delinquency.
• Follow up regularly for timely repayment and recovery of overdue amounts.
• Maintain integrity, transparency, teamwork, and timely execution of all assigned responsibilities.
