Customer Relationship Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Visit customers with overdue payments at their residences or workplaces, following approved procedures.
• Contact customers by phone or in person to explain dues, payment options, and repayment timelines.
• Collect payments through authorized channels and provide receipts or confirmation.
• Follow up on promised payments and maintain accurate collection records.
• Understand the reasons for delinquency and escalate disputes, hardship cases, or potential fraud to the appropriate team.
• Meet assigned collection targets while treating customers respectfully and protecting their privacy.
• Submit daily visit reports, payment updates, and other required documentation.
• Coordinate with branch, customer service, and recovery teams.
• Follow the company's code of conduct, data-security rules, and applicable debt-collection requirements

Preferred candidate profile

Responsible for visiting customers, following up on overdue loan payments, collecting dues through approved channels, maintaining records, and meeting collection targets while following company policies.
