Roles and Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
- Collaborate with branch operations teams to ensure seamless execution of banking products and services.

Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or relationship building.
- Strong knowledge of banking products and services, including savings accounts, loans, and credit cards.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Experience working with CRM software and other sales tools is an asset.
