Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Relationship Officer role based in Bulandshahr. The Customer Relationship Officer is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their logistics requirements, and ensuring timely resolution of queries and issues. Day-to-day activities include managing customer accounts, coordinating with internal operations and finance teams, tracking shipments, and updating customers on service status. The role involves gathering feedback, identifying opportunities to improve service quality, and supporting sales efforts by promoting relevant solutions and services. The Customer Relationship Officer is expected to maintain accurate records, adhere to company processes, and contribute to a positive customer experience.

• Ability to work on-site in Bulandshahr, manage multiple tasks, and use basic office software and CRM tools.
• Preferred qualifications include a diploma or bachelor's degree in business, commerce, or a related field, and prior experience in a customer-facing role.
