Role & responsibilities

A Field Officer coordinates, implements, and monitors field-based projects, working directly with communities, clients, or sites to ensure projects meet goals within budget and time constraints. They primarily gather data, maintain stakeholder relationships, ensure compliance with policies, and provide progress reports to management, acting as the key link between the office and the field.
